Elements of my healing arts toolkit...

A blend of Swedish and deep tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, specific deep cross-fiber friction..   I also employ PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and MET, (Muscle Energy Technique.)  with an awareness of the energetic component (Reiki/Polarity/Craniosacral) and the lymphatic (Manual Lymphatic Drainage.)

Cost Of Services...

Receiving massage therapy on a regular basis has enhanced my life in too many ways to enumerate. I have been called to share this gift with as many people as my two hands can handle.  I am building this website partly as a great big THANK YOU to all who have contributed to my practice thus far.

The Spa...

A brand new feature added to my practice is hydrotherapy - in the form of a warm spa with mineral water and magnetic therapy, and an infra-red sauna.  Clients are invited to arrive early and stay late and share in the relaxing, park-like atmosphere of the outdoor spa area.

Medical Massage and direct insurance billing are provided with a doctor’s prescription, and prior authorization from the insurance company. This is billed at a higher rate due to costs involved in increased paperwork, accounting, office infrastructure, and accountability. More details upon request.

Appointments paid the day of service:

Sliding scale:  $70-$100 per hour.

The lower end of the scale reflects a general, stress-reduction,relaxation massage. The upper end represents more therapeutic, specific, problem-solving, injury treatment work. It is also a function of individual financial situation. My goal is to make the work as affordable as possible, but still to be compensated for the more strenuous work  involved in the more complex cases.
